Platformer Tileset: Cavelands

About the Tileset

Welcome to The Cavelands! The Pinefield series continues by heading underground with another flexible tileset for your side-scrolling platformer game. The Cavalands comes in two flavours: The Crystal Caves and Mushroom Caves!

The tileset's two layers, the main-ground and mid-ground, are each composed of 47 tiles, plus extra terrain pieces such as slopes and alternate variations, to allow you to create a wide variety of level layouts. To help add depth, an additional darkened version of the mid-ground set is included to better help create shaded areas beneath main-ground tiles (see examples).
