I am unable to find this snow corner bit and the similar variations of it, where the snow goes up on the tile. Does it even exist in this tileset?

Hmm, I'll take closer look when I get home, but I'll be sure to add it asap if it's gone! :)

I'd love to use it and the variants, it will make the corner cliff walls look even nicer!

Hi Paul, apologies for the delay. I found the tile you were looking for. It is on the winter tile-set in the second column from the left, at row 22. It is in-between  several other cliffs tiles with snow build-up on them that include corner tiles. Let me know if that's what you meant.

Thanks for getting back to me! Do you mean in the sample images? There is no image that has 22 rows in the tileset. And yes, the corner piece exists in the samples, but it is not in the correct 16x16 format there. I tried extracting it, but it seems slightly angled. Or do you mean something else? Would you be able to point it out in another way, perhaps by file name? Maybe I am looking in the wrong spot entirely.

hmm I will re-downloaded the file myself and will take a look.

okay, so looks like when I updated the file to merge it the summer and winter into one download, I accidentally cut out some tiles. I'll get that sorted soon.

Okay, I looked over the tile-sets, and it looks like only those snowy bottom and corner tiles were missing. I've added them to the bottom of the winter tile-sets.

Just redownload the file again, everything is still arranged as before. I didn't change the arrangement of the tiles  or the width of the file. I just added the missing files to the bottom of the set.

These are the files:

  • Lonesome_Forest_WINTER_WALLS_and_CLIFF_EDGES.png
  • Lonesome_Forest_WINTER_WALLS_and_CLIFFS_with_FLOOR.png

Let me know if you find any else missing :)

Thank you so much <3 I will update my game with it tomorrow. Can't wait to see the snow pile up, yay :D

Can you make a bigger version of these trees? I tried scaling them 2x but the pixels are bigger too so it looks a bit off.

Would love to your style in a foliage/trees pack one day

After 2 years, I finally ended up using this pack and a few others to mash together a very simple pinball game for a game jam entry I did in December. https://bobishere.itch.io/bump-and-blade
I picked up the interiors you recently added as well. Keep up the great work. Such a nice style! :-D

Oh wow, that is so cool! Love me some pinball :)

Love the pack, bought the bundle yesterday! Do you have a graphic that shows the autotiling rules for the 47 path tileset?

Glad you are enjoying it :)

Do you mean somethings like this? It's the template I use for my 47-tilesets.

here's a actual pixel scale version of it.

if this is not what you meant, do let me know what you meant and I'll try and create it :)

Something like that, yes! I assume the template for an artist creating one is slightly different to a developer using one - but I am a beginner at autotiling, so I am not sure. I am mostly familiar with the drawn in bitmasks in the tilesets. Something like this.

But I think I will figure it out. Thank you! :)

These are amazing!

I want to make a Pico 8 game and I suck at making art so its so wonderful to be able to find such amazing art packs on here.

Thanks so much for your hard work! I am happy to support an artist like you!

5/5 ⭐

Wow, just reading this comment. That means a lot to me, thank you! :')

Thank you, yes definitely more on the way soon! Are you specifically looking for tile sets like this because of the retro limited palette, or is it something else about it? Just curious :)

I know I am looking specifically for tilesets like this in the limited retro palette. I was working with the NES palette, but PICO-8 looks amazing here!

Great colors I love the trees.

Thank you! Yeah, I like the Pico-8 palette colours a lot!
