Old Town Citizens Update #2: Warriors, Rogues and Mages

A large update to the Citizens Supporter Park brings new Warrior variants, and introduces Rogues and Mages, along with Elemental Spell Effects to get you started! Check out the GIF below to get a sense of what's included!
